Shipping

All orders are dispatched within the Australian Postal Service, nationally and internationally.

An email is forwarded to you on the day of dispatch to advise you it has been sent.

Deliveries within Australia have a usual delivery time of 2 - 7 working days. International deliveries have a usual delivery time of 7 - 20 working days. These guidelines may vary dependent on weights and distances.

A handling fee is charged to cover packaging and time to pack and go to the post office.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchases, we will arrange a refund or exchange on any item returned to us within 14 days in original condition, accompanied by an explanation for the reason for return.

We will credit your original method for payment, excluding delivery charges, or send you a new item in exchange, for which you will be charged delivery.

In the event of a credit due to faulty goods or an incorrect order received, a full credit including delivery charges will be applied or a new item will be sent at no additional cost to you.
