The best thing to do is to get in touch and discuss your requirements. The biggest challenge at this early stage of our business is to offer terms that meet the profit needs of both parties. This can happen through dialog and learning.
In the meantime, here are our relevant wholesale terms:
Guarantee
If you are not totally satisfied with your spellwear products please do not hesitate to get in touch with Catherine (catherine@spellwear.com). We offer 30 days in which to return product for replacement or give a full credit refund.
Delivery
Australian Post delivers all national orders within 5 working days. International orders are delivered within 20 working days. Expedited services are available for urgent orders. Please call Catherine on +61(2)6685 0281 or email as above to make arrangements.
Credit Policy
All orders are to be paid for prior to dispatch. There is a minimum of AUD$250 for first orders. There is a preference of AUD$150 minimum for subsequent orders. Credit card facilities are available through paypal for payment.
Claims and Returns
If goods arrive damaged, claims can be made within 7 working days. Returns must be authrorised by spellwear before being returned. This does not apply if the store is closing or under new management. Credits or refunds will be processed once goods have been received.
